Return & Exchange Policy
With the goal of providing customers with the best shopping experience, all products sent to customers are guaranteed to be brand new, of high quality, and accurately described with images on the website. Specifically, the return/exchange policy is detailed below:
1. Scope of Application
- Applicable Subjects: This policy applies to products sold at the showrooms and authorized dealers of Kim Park Vina nationwide.
- Exclusions: Kim Park Vina does not offer a return-for-refund policy for any products. A 1-for-1 exchange policy is applicable within 7 days only for products with manufacturer defects.
- Application Timeframe: Varies by product and will be specified or communicated to customers at the time of purchase.
2. Conditions and Policies for Returns/Exchanges
- Products that have been used and show no defects during the usage period are not eligible for returns. Kim Park Vina does not reclaim used products.
- Within the warranty period, if a product is found to have manufacturer defects, the Warranty Center will repair the defect. If the issue cannot be resolved, the product will be replaced with a new one or exchanged for a higher model, based on the customer’s preference.
3. Inspection Policy Before Payment
Before receiving and paying for the order, customers have the right to inspect the product. However, product testing is not supported.
- Please open the package to verify that the delivered order matches the model and quantity as placed in the order. Testing or trial use of the product is not allowed.
- Once satisfied with the delivered item, customers can make payment to the delivery staff (for COD orders) and receive the product.
- If customers are dissatisfied with the product, they may refuse to accept the order. In such cases, Kim Park Vina will charge a return fee equivalent to the shipping fee for the order.
