Return and Refund Policy

With the aim of providing customers with the best shopping experience, all products sent to customers are guaranteed to be brand new, of high quality, and as described with accurate information and images on our website. Specifically, the return and refund policy is outlined below:

1. Scope of Application

  • Applicable to: This policy applies to products sold at Kim Park Vina’s showrooms and authorized dealers nationwide.
  • Kim Park Vina does not apply the return and refund policy to all products. The 1-to-1 exchange policy within 7 days is only applicable to products with manufacturer defects.
  • Application Period: This varies depending on the product and will be noted or announced when the customer makes the purchase.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

  • Products that have been used and show no defects during use will not be accepted for return by Kim Park Vina.
  • During the warranty period, if a product has a manufacturer defect, the service center will repair it. If the defect cannot be repaired, the product will be replaced with a new one or exchanged for a higher model at the customer’s request.

3. Joint Inspection Policy Before Payment

Before receiving the goods and making payment, customers have the right to inspect the product. Testing of the product is not supported.

  • Customers should open the package to ensure that the order is correct in terms of model, quantity, and other specifications as per the order. However, customers should not test or use the product.
  • After agreeing to the goods delivered, customers can proceed with payment to the delivery staff (for COD orders) and receive the product.
  • If the customer is not satisfied with the product, they can refuse to accept it. In this case, Kim Park Vina will charge an additional return fee, which is equivalent to the shipping cost of the order.
