When purchasing products from Kim Park Vina, customers can make payments using the following methods:
- Cash payment
- Bank transfer to the company’s account

1. Cash Payment
1.a. Payment Directly at the Company
Customers can pay directly at our company when purchasing products at: 62 Mac Thien Phuc, Lam Ha, Kien An, Hai Phong.
- After payment, our accounting staff will issue a financial invoice, and our sales staff will guide the customer on the delivery and receipt process.
1.b. Payment at the Delivery Location
- Customers can pay the delivery staff either the full amount or the remaining balance of the order value (if a deposit has already been made).
- If the delivery location is the same as the payment location, our delivery staff will collect the payment upon delivery.
2. Payment via Bank Transfer
- For delivery locations in suburban areas, provincial areas, or within Hanoi city but different from the payment location (e.g., when sending gifts or products to friends or partners), customers must pay 100% of the order value plus shipping fees (calculated as per the shipping policy) in advance via bank transfer before delivery.
Note: To ensure accurate product availability and pricing, after transferring the payment, customers are kindly requested to fax the bank-stamped transfer receipt. This serves as the basis for our sales staff to reserve the products and prices as agreed upon.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Delivery Methods
We provide two delivery methods:
- Customers can purchase products directly at our company or store.
- Shipping services.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Typically, we process orders within 24 hours of receiving the order information and notify customers regarding payment and delivery details.
- Delivery generally takes 3–5 days from the order confirmation date or as agreed upon with the customer during the ordering process.
In some cases, delivery may take longer due to unavoidable circumstances such as:
- Our staff is unable to contact the customer via phone, making delivery arrangements impossible.
- The delivery address provided is inaccurate or difficult to locate.
- A sudden increase in order volume causes delays in order processing.
- Suppliers or logistics partners delay their deliveries beyond the expected timeframe.
For shipping fees, we utilize third-party logistics services. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and order weight. The exact fee will be confirmed with the customer when finalizing the order.
Geographical Limitations
For provincial customers purchasing in bulk or wholesale, we utilize logistics services provided by transportation companies. Shipping fees will be calculated based on the rates of these logistics providers or as per contractual agreements between both parties.
Logistics Responsibilities for Documentation During Delivery
- All orders are pre-packed and sealed by Kim Park Vina before being shipped.
- The logistics provider is responsible for transporting the goods while ensuring their sealed and intact condition.
Each package contains the following information:
- Recipient Information: Name, phone number, and delivery address.
- Order Tracking Code.
To ensure product safety, Kim Park Vina includes a financial invoice or a valid delivery note with the shipment (if applicable). These documents serve as a basis for:
- Handling claims.
- Verifying the market value of the goods.
- Ensuring lawful circulation of the products.
Responsibility for Goods Damaged During Transit
For goods damaged during transit, whether delivered by Kim Park Vina’s in-house team or third-party logistics providers, Kim Park Vina assumes full responsibility for resolving the issue with the customer.
- Customers have the right to reject the product and request a replacement or refund under the “Return and Refund” policy.
- Any arising issues will be addressed by Kim Park Vina with the logistics provider to arrange compensation for the damaged goods as per the partnership agreement.
