Panasonic’s Manufacturing Automation Technology Attracts Attention at International Exhibition
As soon as entering the exhibition area, FAG’s booth made a strong impression on visitors with its modern, compact production system, operating smoothly with the slogan “Any mix, any volume”. Although this was the 4th time FAG introduced the production automation system to the public, the introduction and test run of the machine always attracted the attention of many visitors.
From the introduction and test run of the machine conducted by technical experts from Singapore and Vietnam, customers gradually discovered the unique advantages brought by Panasonic’s production automation system. True to the slogan “Any mix, Any volume”, Panasonic’s latest technology allows customers to combine multiple PCB models for production in the same line as well as choose the configuration to meet any desired output. This will save time, make management easier and improve productivity.
In addition, the PanaCIM production support and management system creates a complete “ecosystem” for the PCB assembly plant by connecting all production stages together, in which workers and supervisors can easily check the status of machines, feeders or materials. At the same time, PanaCIM allows the process of changing product models and generating reports to be done completely automatically. The comprehensive solution package includes 11 functional modules that allow to improve the operational efficiency of the entire production line.
