Goods Inspection Policy
Definition
Inspection refers to the process of checking and comparing the products/items received in the shipment sent by Kim Park Vina with the products listed in the customer’s order.

Timing of Inspection
Kim Park Vina allows customers to inspect the goods alongside the delivery staff at the time of receipt. However, testing the products is not supported.
After receiving the goods, if any discrepancies are found, customers can contact the customer service department for assistance with returns or exchanges. Note that it is recommended for customers to record a video while unboxing the goods for reference, if necessary.
Scope of Goods Inspection
Customers are allowed to inspect the received products, compare them with the products listed on the order, and check the following criteria after the Kim Park Vina staff has confirmed the order: product images, product codes, size, color, material, etc.
- Do not open products with sealed or security labels.
- Do not scratch off codes on products that are part of a points system or reward program.
Steps to Take If the Received Goods Do Not Match the Order
If, during joint inspection, the product received does not match the product ordered, please contact our customer service team at 0338.736.789 or info@kimparkvina.com to confirm the order.
- If Kim Park Vina has made an error in fulfilling the order, the customer may refuse the delivery and not make payment. If the order has already been paid, the customer can request a new order to be shipped, or Kim Park Vina will refund the payment as soon as possible.
- If Kim Park Vina fulfilled the order correctly, but the customer changes their mind, the customer can request an exchange or return based on the return policy. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs (if applicable).
